Ella + Aspen is a San Francisco-based design brand built around thoughtful design, comfort, inclusivity, and responsible choices. We create apparel, home goods, and experimental products across our Essentials, Labs, and Together labels. We’re still small and growing, which means the people we work with have a real opportunity to shape what comes next. If you care about good design, meaningful work, and making things worth keeping, you’ll probably fit in here.

About the role

Get your hands on Ella + Aspen products before they’re released. As a Product Tester, you’ll receive a new, unreleased product of your choice at no cost and put it to the test before we make it available to everyone.

The main thing we want to know: does the real product live up to the idea?

You’ll look closely at the design, print, embroidery, materials, construction, and overall execution, then test the product in real life. Depending on what you receive, that might mean wearing and washing a piece of apparel, using a home product as intended, or simply making sure every detail looks and feels the way it should.

In return, we ask for honest feedback and a review of your experience. Your feedback helps us catch things we may not see ourselves and make better products before they reach everyone else.

You’ll keep everything you test, and standout testers may be invited to test future products before they launch.
