All Ella + Aspen items are prepared with care to reach you thoughtfully.

Fulfillment: Most items are ready to ship within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, this may take a little longer.

Shipping: Once fulfilled, orders typically arrive within 6–9 business days in the United States. International delivery may take up to 21 business days.

Knitted Items: These take a bit longer to prepare and ship from China—expect fulfillment of 8–12 business days and shipping of 9–15 business days to the United States.

Most items ship from the United States or Europe, depending on what’s closest to your delivery address. Some items may arrive separately.
